Purchases made on the site www.bernardisouvenirs.it are governed by Italian law on mail order sales.
We guarantee you the right to withdraw, for whatever reason, from the purchase contract, both from the whole order and from the single product that does not satisfy you.
The communication of exercise of the right of withdrawal must be sent by recorded-delivery letter with advice of receipt within a period of not less than 10 working days from the receipt of the goods. This communication may also be sent in advance by fax to the number (+39) 06 686 5312, telegram or by e-mail to the address info@bernardisouvenirs.it, confirmed by a recorded-delivery letter with advice of receipt within 48 hours at the following address:

We will accept without hesitation the returned goods, if correctly packaged and received, and in good condition, intact and unused, reminding you to include a copy of the invoice in the package.
The return must be made no later than 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods (reshipment postmark date will bear witness).
In no event it will be retired cash-on-delivery parcels or assigned port parcels.
We will reimburse by bank transfer no later than 30 days from receiving your notice of withdrawal, or by sending to your home a non-transferable check payable to you, or according to the reimbursement methods you have communicated. The reimbursement will cover the sums you paid for the purchase of the goods with the sole exception of the expenses related to the return of the goods (transport costs), which remain in any case at your expense.
It should be noted that in the case of premium transactions (the so-called promotions), in which the purchase of a goods is combined with another goods that is sold at a derisory price or even freely given, the right of withdrawal will be legitimately exercised with the restitution of both goods object of the purchase, given the restriction of the accessibility of the goods in promotion compared to the first.
In case of tampering of the package, you can collect the goods by signing “WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL”, in this way you can check the contents and inform us about the status of the goods. If you find any breakage or theft of the products, we will refund the relative cost or, at your choice, to reship the damaged goods; simply contact us at the e-mail address info@bernardisouvenirs.it

We will collect the package from the courier at our expense and proceed to a new order execution.
Protection of minors
Children under 18 are not allowed, unless under the control of an adult family member, to submit orders from the Bernardi Souvenirs site.

To meet the needs of our customers and to foster a relationship of trust and transparency, Bernardi Souvenirs S.r.l. offers a pre and post-sales assistance service for reports, clarifications, assistance and/or claims regarding all the products purchased in this online store.
To submit claims, the following services are available:

- By filling out the form on the Contact page, indicating the order number to which the claim and/or the notification refers, the article code and the reason for the notification and/or the claim.
We will do our best to meet your needs and work to resolve doubts and/or problems.

When placing an order, we ask for your personal and company name, e-mail address, home or office address, telephone number, social security number or VAT number. This information allows us to process orders, send products, inform you of the status of your order or send you communications regarding the order. The telephone number could be used to contact you urgently if necessary.
We could communicate to the courier your telephone number in case of particular shipments.
As the goods arrive, we advise you to check that:
- The number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the top of the packages on the label of your address. The mismatch in the number of packages as well as the loss or damage, must be immediately notified to the courier and promptly reported to our Customer Service info@bernardisouvenirs.it indicating all the details of the order. You could always accept the goods by signing “WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL”, in this way you can check the contents and inform us about the status of the goods.
- The packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered.
- In case of return of the goods it is advisable to use a courier or other suitable mean to allow the tracking of the shipment. It is understood that Bernardi Souvenirs S.r.l. will not proceed with the reimbursement of the goods object of the withdrawal, if it does not receive the relative delivery.
- Orders are accepted by writing, Internet or telephone. Check the order confirmation and promptly communicate the error to info@bernardisouvenirs.it . Otherwise it will be applied to the contract the indications contained in the order confirmation.
- All prices indicated on the site and concerning the products are inclusive of VAT. To the product price it must be added any customs fees and shipping costs, the amount of which varies depending on the mode of delivery required. In case the product is not available, you will be promptly informed by e-mail.
- Delivery of products
Bernardi Souvenirs S.r.l will deliver the products ordered to the indicated address. The delivery times shown on the site www.bernardisouvenirs.it are estimates made exclusively on the availability, on the normal processing of the order and on the delivery times declared by couriers.
- Bernardi Souvenirs S.r.l. can deliver the requested products in a single order with multiple shipments.
- Guarantees
Bernardi Souvenirs S.r.l. guarantees the products delivered are the same as those indicated on the site. It ensures the material integrity of the product packaging at the time of delivery. In the event the product is altered in its essential characteristics, Bernardi Souvenirs S.r.l. undertakes to replace the altered products with a new supply at its own expense no later than 30 days from the delivery date.
- Legislation in force and competent court
Any civil dispute concerning the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the contract stipulated on-line by the Customer with Bernardi Souvenirs S.r.l., is subject to Italian jurisdiction. For any dispute between the parties the territorial jurisdiction is mandatory of the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the Italian State.
